Så er vi i gang med blogg-skriving igjen! Det blir mest bilder og lite tekst denne gangen. Bildene kan du klikke på for å se dem i full størrelse.
Vel framme har vi fått bo på et flott hotell inntil huset er klar. Her er det superluksus, og maten er helt fantastisk. Vi har til og med hatt en time på treningssenteret med personlig trener. Vi nyter tiden ved bassengkanten i varmen - som er meget behagelig utenom timene midt på dagen.
Vi har fått bil - en svær automatgiret Toyota firehjustrekker. Det var ikke mange liter bensin på tanken da vi fikk den, men det var en nytelse å fylle bensin her. Man slipper å gå ut av bilen fordi stasjonene har betjening som gjør alt for deg. 72 liter bensin kostet kr 75! Da går det an å kjøre standsmessig bil med 240 hestekrefter.

Det ble ikke varmere enn 44C idag - det gikk fint å gå fra bilen ca. hundre meter til shoppingsenteret.
We saw nothing hotter than 44C today - it was not a problem to walk the hundred meteres to the shopping centre.
Det ser ut som vi er i en italiensk landsby, men faktisk er vi innendørs i "Villagio" shoppingsenter.
It appears that we are outside in an Italian village, but we are inside the "Villagio" shopping centre.

Well here we are again writing a blog! I will keep it to mostly pictures, with a little text. The pictures are small here, but you can click on each of them to see it in full size.
We have now had our first few days in Qatar, and are thoroughly enjoying it! We are staying at a luxurious hotel as our house isn't ready for us to move in yet. The food is fantastic and the amenities superb. We have had a workout at the gym today with personal trainer. We are also enjoying time by the pool in the heat - which is most pleasant apart from in the heat of the mid day sun.
We have got our car - a brand new Toyota Land Cruiser, wit automatic gear and double air condition. As there was little petrol in the tank, we had to fill petrol - which is a real pleasure here. The stations all have attendants who do the filling for you, and the 72 liters cost just £7.50 - about 10p a liter! So having a gas-guzzler here is not a financial problem.
